Awesome article. One comment and one question. I believe the engines on the newer version of the N46 Open is the 50hp D2 sail drive, the article mentions 40hp which I believe was the standard for the pre-2019 46O. How has the thermomix been for cooking, are you happy with that and what’s the electric consumption look like?
Yes the engine size was a typo. Right now i can’t recommend the thermomix because we don’t use it enough but hopefully when we are in the south pacific and are forced to cook more we will get the ROI on it 😉
